Question: "How do I pay?"
Answer: *PAYMENT: upon arrival at check-in. We accept payments in cash and by credit cards *(cash: Polish zlotys, euro and US dollars). Should you choose to pay in cash, please be sure to prepare the exact amount. There is a 1,7% charge for most credit card payments (Diners Club 2,6%, Amex 4.2%).WE RECOMMEND PAYING IN CASH.You will avoid exchange rate differences and bank fees.
Question: "What time is check-in and check-out?"
Answer: 13:00 check-in and 11:00 check out. Upon availability and previous notice we can allow an earlier check-in time.
Question: "Is the Price per Apartment or per person?"
Answer: You pay for the apartment, although we do have a maximum amount of people who can stay in each apartment.
Question: "Do all apartments have double beds?"
Answer: No, in some of our apartments we offer also single beds.
Question: "Do I get fresh towels and soap?"
Answer: Yes, and much more. Please

Question: "Is breakfast included?"
Answer: No, but you can choose from 6 sets at a San Sebastian Café downstairs. Each set costs 5 Euro. Let us know beforehand if you'd like to reserve some.
Question: "Is there a lift?"
Answer: There are no lifts in the Old Town. If you need an apartment with fewer stairs, please specify or ask for our ground floor and first floor apartments.
Question: "Are the apartments near the centre?"
Answer: You can't get any closer. Kaziemierz Apartments are in a heart of the city, 5 min. walk to the Old Town and Kazimierz Main Square. New business districts are very close nearby and accessible.
Question: "Are the apartments safe?"
Answer: Yes. Safety is one of the qualities we stress most when choosing the best apartments. Besides, Kaziemirz and Old Town are probably the most protected parts of the city with low crime rate.
Question: "Can I call from the apartment?"
Answer: We recommend our Phone Rental service, since there are no phones in the apartment.
Question: "Can I bring a pet?"
Answer: Yes, but we reserve the right to charge for damage.
Question: "How many people can share 1 apartment?"
Answer: Studio apartment: 2 people, 1 bedroom apartment: 2-4 people, 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 people, Large apartments: 6-10. We advise to consult the capacity of selected apartments always before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card.
FOR CANCELLING A CONFIRMED RESERVATION THERE WILL BE 20 EURO CHARGE APPLIED (CHARGED UPON CANCELLING)
Should the cancellation be made already WITHIN the chargeable period as per the specific cancellation rules, and the total amount due will be higher than 20 Euro, the 20 Euro charge will not be applied additionally.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
